Yo! Thanks for checking out my site. My name is Jordan but you can call me “Jay”!

This training method is as powerful and versatile as you are. I have spent many years in the athletic coaching and fitness industry, shaping this dynamic approach to fitness and I truly believe you can achieve anything you set your mind to.

My entire life, I’ve been a part of athletics and it has shaped my life in a dynamic way. The mindset and dedication it takes to be an elite athlete inspires me to work hard and challenge my clients to do the same. I was blessed to be able to compete at a high level in Track & Field where I became a National All-American in the High Jump. Furthermore, finish as top USTFCCA Male Athlete of the year. Finishing my career, I immediately knew I wanted to coach. Sports can teach you a lot about yourself. It was evident that my passion to train was my outlet and I wanted to give my gift to the world.

My clients often come to me frustrated. They have a goal of losing weight, gaining muscle or improving their overall level of health, but find themselves in a “yo-yo pattern” or feeling like they’ve hit a wall. They are frustrated that they have not been able to find a sustainable means to achieve their goals. Through my experiences in working with hundreds of people to break through their plateaus, I have been able to not only help them achieve their goals but also teach them how to continue their progress in a sustainable way!

I don’t believe in fad diets or spending hours at the gym to get results. My method of training allows you to efficiently maximize your time in the gym or at home so you attain your goals in less time. My approach to nutrition will teach you the fundamental habits of balanced eating so that you are ready to perform.
